We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Please send items back within: 30 days of delivery
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your order being placed, however if your order has already been dispatched or made and it falls into one of the categories below then you will not be entitled to a refund for your order, unless in exceptional circumstances.
However if you do need to change or cancel your order then please get in touch and we will try our bet to assist you and find the best solution for you.
The following items can't be returned, exchanged or cancelled after they have been made
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
